Large OPSO Contingent Gathered for Annual Inspection and Memorial Mass

NEW ORLEANS - 01-07-2020

A contingent of approximately 75 OPSO uniform personnel made their presence felt at the annual Inspection and Memorial Mass for fallen law enforcement officers and other first responders.

Sheriff Marlin Gusman led the contingent that included, chiefs, unit managers members of the Investigative Services Bureau, the OPSO Color Guard, and the Mounted Division, along with other active and reserve personnel.

The assembly in Jackson Square last month was followed by a Memorial Mass to pay solemn tribute to all first responders lost in the line of duty in 2019.


More than 75 OPSO personnel participated in the Annual Inspection and Memorial Mass.
