The Civil Division is located at 421 Loyola Ave. Suite 403. The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office is responsible for the interests of a borrower and/or other defendants in a property foreclosure. The Orleans Parish Sheriff is the official auctioneer for Civil Court ordered sales in Orleans Parish.
